How to Hire Us

There are two ways to hire us to handle your traffic ticket. The first is to pick up the phone and call us. You can reach us at (704) 960-9097. We would be glad to discuss your case with you, and can guide you through the next steps of your case. Of course, if you wish to handle the matter via email, we are willing to do that as well. Either will work fine. If you choose to call to discuss hiring us, simply call (704) 960-9097. If you choose to hire us via email, here is how the process works:

Step 1:

Send an email containing your full name, phone number, date of birth, address, and the type of ticket(s) to cynthia@rjrlaw.com. Afterward, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your information, or an email informing you that we need more information. We will search the court records to make sure that the charges you sent us are the only ones that are pending.

Step 2:

We will send you an email that lets you know what charges the court records show you are facing, our strategy for dealing with your case, and the amount we will charge to resolve your traffic ticket(s). We will also attach a retainer agreement and waiver of appearance for you to sign. The retainer agreement is our contract for legal services, and the waiver of appearance allows us to appear in court on your behalf without your presence. You send in the signed retainer, signed waiver, and payment. We accept payment by cash or check. In addition, we will accept credit card payments over the phone.

Step 3:

Finally, we will sign the retainer and email you a copy. We go to court on your behalf and get the traffic ticket resolved. Afterward, we send you an email explaining what we were able to do on your case. It will also tell you what you need to do, like taking a class, paying a fine, or something else.
